Population of the ovens is important to ensure uniformity of temperature and airflow to ensure consistent cure states are achieved through the process. The ramp up time, temperature duration and temperature stepping are all important elements of post curing. Process monitoring and physical recording is completed with process alarm and confirmation of compliance with the selected program.
