Communication
We use Desk to Desk communication using e-mail, CAD, data exchange, video-conferencing, electronically shared documents and web technologies as well as phone, fax etc. with our customers and partners.
Engineers overseas communicate on a daily basis with their UK counterparts to ensure that all aspects of product and process design are completed reliably in the minimum of time. All CAD data can be transferred and discussed on “white board screening” and altered in real time creating a reactive interface normally only found during face-to-face meetings.
